I would recommend Gail and Ken Pianta to anyone buying or selling a property. It is never easy selling a house. Doing it from the other side of the World is even more daunting. Martin, the sale of my above property has now been completed and I  want to congratulate you on the quality of Ken and Gail Pianta as salespeople. I knew I had met my match when Ken told me at our second meeting that I my house presentation looked like I was camping out in it. That comment might seem rude at first but it was the wakeup call that I needed to listen to. After I took that comment on board, Ken and Gail did everything possible to maximize my chances of successfully selling the property.

The marketing programme that Ken and Gail then started and completed was very successful in that the number of people attending the open homes increased dramatically. Ken’s descriptive words and Gail’s attention to detail brought in the possible purchasers in great numbers. They dealt with an annoying neighbour in a very professional manner and their voice of reason stopped me from overreacting. It was Ken and Gail’s ideas to have golf buggies available to transport viewers up the driveway and thus lessening the impact of the steepness of it. The handing out of chocolates at the house also went down a treat.

The presentation of the house for each open home was taken over by your team to great effect. As you are aware, Robyn and I were overseas for the majority of the advertising campaign and Ken and Gail were so closely involved they even got my son Ash working very effectively in keeping the house well presented. Their enthusiasm also involved the supply of a large bunch of flowers for our dining table and other little things like a extra vase and flower being added to our entrance way to welcoming effect for each open home.

Ken and Gail also kept in touch in a detailed manner during the advertising period which lessened my anxiety whilst Robyn and I were away. It appeared to me that your team would go the extra mile to get the required result.

All in all a fantastic result and I will have no hesitation in engaging Ken and Gail on future sales and also in recommending them to other vendors.

To top it all off Ken and Gail then bought Robyn and I a present at the conclusion of the sale and I do not know if they have mind reading powers or not but the champagne and wines were not only our favourite types but the brands were as well.
